REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No shipping fees, delivery tracking, or material handling policies apply to this platform, as no tangible items are offered or distributed.

3. Donation-Only Platform

The financial functionality of this website is designed solely for the collection of voluntary donations to support the trust’s social and community development initiatives. By making a contribution on this platform, you acknowledge that you are providing a voluntary donation and are not entering into a commercial purchase contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Finality of Contributions: Because all financial transactions on this website are voluntary donations aimed directly at funding ongoing charitable and social activities, all donations are considered final.
  • No Cancellation: Once a donation transaction is initiated and authorized by the user, cancellation of the transaction is strictly not allowed.

5. Refund Policy for Failed Transactions

While regular refunds for successfully completed donations are not permitted, we maintain a strict reconciliation process for technical or payment gateway errors:

  • Definition of a Failed Transaction: Transactions which are successfully debited or deducted from the donor’s bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet, but are not confirmed back to the OM JJ SWA Vishwashanti Dham Nirman Sanstha system due to network or gateway technical issues, will be deemed a failure transaction.
  • Eligibility for Refund: All such failed or unconfirmed transactions are fully eligible for a refund post-reconciliation.
  • Processing Timeline: Once the technical mismatch is verified and reconciled between our trust account and the respective payment gateway (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal), the exact debited amount will be auto-refunded to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.
